From January to September 2024, I worked as the main Background Illustrator for the first episode of “Las Fantásticas Aventuras de Transformín” by Estudio Comala, winner of Pixelatl’s and Warner Bros. Discovery LATAM’s 2023 “Pitch Me The Future 2023: Adult Animation Edition” award and [adult swim]’s first ever Mexican production. I illustrated around 90% of the background images for this episode. Fun fact: Most of the sceneries depicted were inspired by real locations in the Mexican state of Oaxaca.
